By booking at blissful angel’s massage you acknowledge that only Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) services are eligible for insurance claims, and receipts will not be provided for relaxation massages or head spa and facial services. You consent to participate in these services , which involve soft tissue manipulation, head spa and facial, and release blissful angels massage its owners, and staff from any claims or injuries related to the services. These services are not a substitute for medical care, and blissful angel’s massage does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions; please consult a doctor if you have health concerns. You also agree to indemnify blissful Angel’s massage for any liability arising from your actions during the services. By booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
